How to MAXIMIZE your reach by using a Pre-Launch Event for upcoming Challenge groups or program launches
When it comes to Challenge groups, I find that its become more and more beneficial to have an info party where I can share all sorts of information about what a challenge group is, demonstrating BOD, and sharing some live videos where they can get to know me BEFORE they commit to joining!
I tend to open my event about 3-4 weeks before the anticipated start date of my challenge group so I can continuously add information and people to the event to ramp up hype and excitement for the challenge.
Things to share in the event:
- what to expect in the 30 day challenge group
- overview of BOD (the system you would be using to help everyone get started making progress on their journey) including sharing where they would find the filter system, the workouts and associated program materials/nutrition guide, fixate,) - driving home the variety of information they would be receiving by having the system and working with you
- frequently asked questions - i.e. going all or nothing - black or white - and reiterating the importance of making progress - whatever that looks like from where they're at
- 3rd party tools - i.e. video demos that beachbody has done on what a challenge group is, beachbody on demand, 3 day refresh, shakeology videos, anything anything that you believe would be beneficial for them to know to help them decide if they want to do this thing
- testimonials from others who have previously joined your groups - their results and experiences
Suggestions:
I would also make sure that you're using LINKTREE on Instagram so that you can invite people through your IG stories to your pre-launch party (i.e. have a linktree link in your bio and say - click the link in bio and have a screenshot of the link with an arrow - make it easy).
Any call to action post or invitation post that you do on Facebook - include the link to join your pre-launch party! And filter ALL the people into ONE location. Be sure to message anyone who likes or comments on your posts (that's a silent plea for help - IE SEND THEM A MESSAGE TO THANK THEM AND INVITE THEM TO JOIN YOUR NEXT EVENT/GROUP etc.) Use the arrow pointing down emoticons and post the link to your event!
